What happens after you submit
We will use the email address you provide to identify your Plexxa account and may contact you to verify the request before deleting data. Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
When an account deletion request is processed, we delete the user account profile and the associated workspace data, including uploaded documents and their search indexes, saved web links, assistant conversations, workspace settings and records generated by the platform for that account. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
If you have connected a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, you can remove it at any time from Settings, Email integrations, Disconnect, without deleting your account. Disconnecting revokes our authorisation with the provider and deletes the stored tokens, cached messages, AI-generated drafts and mailbox settings for that mailbox.
