Plexxa is designed around workspace-scoped data, role-based access and source-aware AI answers. Access to customer content is limited to authorised users and approved service processes.
Customers remain responsible for deciding what information they upload, who they invite and what access each user should have. Sensitive material should only be uploaded when the customer has authority to process it.
If we identify a material security issue affecting customer data, we will investigate, contain and communicate based on the nature of the event and applicable legal requirements.
