Plexxa AI
Terms of Service
The operating terms for using Plexxa AI and related services.
This page is a practical product notice, not a substitute for legal advice. Final terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use. Yes, the boring bit matters.
Use of AI outputs
Plexxa uses AI systems that can be incomplete, outdated, biased or inaccurate. Users must independently review and verify AI outputs before relying on them, especially for client advice, bookings, legal, financial, medical, safety or operational decisions.
- AI answers are assistance only
- Sources and original documents should be checked
- Users are responsible for final decisions and actions
Customer data and storage risk
Customers upload, store and process data at their own risk. Plexxa will use reasonable care in operating the service, but customers remain responsible for backups, legal authority to store content, data quality, access permissions and the consequences of relying on stored material.
Availability and performance
Plexxa does not guarantee uninterrupted service, response speed, model availability, AI engine selection, response quality or processing time. Third-party AI providers, infrastructure providers and network conditions may affect performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plexxa and its operators are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, reliance on AI output, booking errors or decisions made using the service.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful content, misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights or use Plexxa in a way that creates unreasonable risk for other users or the service.
