Customer instructions
Plexxa processes customer data according to the customer's use of the service, configuration choices, support requests and documented instructions, unless required otherwise by law.
AI processing notice
AI processing can produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. Customers and end users must check AI-generated material before using it. Plexxa does not warrant that any AI engine will be available, fast, suitable for a specific purpose or error-free.
Data storage risk
Customers are responsible for deciding whether particular data is suitable for storage in Plexxa. Data is stored and processed at the customer's risk, including risks related to source accuracy, upload mistakes, permissions, retention choices and user access.
Subprocessors and providers
Plexxa may use hosting, database, storage, email, analytics and AI infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Provider availability, speed and model behaviour are not guaranteed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plexxa is not liable for losses arising from customer instructions, uploaded content, AI inaccuracies, unavailable AI engines, service delays, third-party provider behaviour or customer decisions based on platform output.
